My husband mentioned in passing in an email exchange with an old friend this morning that we’re in the process of becoming Catholic. His response:
You’re joining the Catholic church!!??!?!?!?!

I don’t have anything wise or profound to say. But I do hope you realize that it’s a great blessing that you have a lot of questions now, about which you have to blog to get some answers, when before you wouldn’t have asked the questions at all. You are obviously taking gigantic strides. God bless you.
